The Honest Company is the worst company I have ever worked with. I own a health food/ baby store and was so excited to bring this company in. I usually base what comes in on products, customer service/sales, and shipping costs/quickness. The Honest Company has let me down in all areas, but the worst by far is their HORRID customer service. Small businesses- if you plan on bringing this company into your store- DON'T! They have no sales people that reach out. Their products are sub par (so many better, more eco friendly, natural product lines that score better on the "think dirty" app than they do.) Shipping takes upwards of three weeks, and that is with constant checking in on where your product is. If there are problems, which there always seems to be, no one will resolve them and they will run you in circles. Emails come back as undeliverable, calls go unanswered, etc. I'd highly recommend Naty for a natural baby diaper brand and Eco Nuts or the Better Life for a natural, organic home cleaning brand!

I didn’t proof read before hitting the save button hence the typos in my first review. To sum it all up, my son had blisters, rashes on his perineal area and his back where the diaper covers it. I also noticed him always scratching his back and his *** or perineal...

If you see my photos, you wouldn’t even want your baby’s skin touching this product. I bought #4 Honest barand baby diapers.

There were two diaper designs; one was cars and some lines and the other one was green dinosaurs. I used to use Pampers brand and i never have this problem witn my baby’s skin but somehow I wanted to try the Honest brand because of the cute designs and what they promised that their products are hypoallergenic. I spent fortune for this product and this is what i get.

Very pi*sed and annoyed. They aren’t that Honest with their product after all.

Sunscreen offers no protection!

I bought their Sunscreen thinking it had less harsh chemicals in it. Also at the urging of my girlfriend to buy “clean products”. What a joke! I got the worst sunburn from the sun. I am a total waterman and ocean enthusiast, and so I live with sunscreen. This is by far the worst product I’ve ever put on my skin. I can ONLY imagine putting this on children. Shame on you. Seriously do you even test your products? Maybe start selling carbonated gasoline in a can next?

Terrible lavender lotion

Bought an honest lavender lotion for 12 bucks and thought what do I have to lose..well, the answer is I lost 12 bucks. Terrible smell.. smells of mint and stale Crayons( if that makes sense)..I’m wearing it now and want to take another shower..I will return this tomorrow

Dishwash Detergent is useless

Their Dishwashing Detergent does nothing to clean dishes. Called the company and demanded a refund. They admitted it was being reformulated. So why still sell bad product? Pull it off the shelves for pete’s sake! I’ve heard such nightmares about their products. dishonest company is blacklisted in my household.

THE HONEST COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!

I am soooo upset right now!! I have been using Honest Company diapers for 2 years and absolutely love them.

However, I recently changed my bundle shipping date (with 2 weeks notice) because I knew Christmas was coming and I needed the extra cash. However, Honest company decided to ship my diapers anyway. I called customer service and the lady said she was going to put me on hold while she called UPS to stop the shipment. Instead she hung up on me.

I called back and Shaqueeta, the next customer sales lady, said she would stop the shipment and refund my money by the end of the day. 2 Hours later I receive and email that I had now ordered some essentials beauty bundle. *** NO I DIDN'T. I called customer service back and Nancy said my account ordered it.

I did not, I was out Christmas shopping. Then she changed her words and said the previous customer service lady placed the order instead of stopping my fraudulent bundle order. Seriously???? They were for different items, neither of which I ordered.

She swore she would stop shipment on both of them and refund the money. Fast forward to the next day.... My bank account shows $160 debited by the Honest Co. I log back into my Honest Company account and it shows both items have shipped as requested.

UUUUMMMMM NO!!!

And now the company is closed until Tuesday. I don't get to finish my shopping now, thanks Honest Company for ruining Christmas for my kids!!!!!!

Wish I would have known

I purchased Honest products for my children’s bath time but it gave both of my children horrible rashes that will not go away, even though we discontinued use. They do not use chemicals they deem to be harmful, so they have to resort to using other chemicals instead, some of which have not yet been proven to be safe. Wish I would have known.

Honest is not hypoallergenic

My infant has had very sensitive skin since he was born. Needed to change to honest diapers due to the fact they are the only ones he does have a severe reaction too. Decided to try other products to see if I could find any that would be okay for my son. The handsoap made me break out, and after testing the bottom wash on my sons leg and no reaction used a very small amount on a wipe to test. The area turned bright red and skin was peeling for days. I will only ever use the diapers again. Have had issues with the sunscreen as well. Also had issues with the orders themselves and found customer service useless. It also took forever to find where I can cancel the bundle.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was sent a bundle I NEVER ordered. In order to return the package I had to send it to the ups store to print and drive 20 minutes out of my way to go pick up this paper. They offered nothing in return for my time or money spent. I've been a customer for over a year and actually liked the one product I continuously ordered but it isn't worth dealing with their customer service dept. This is not the first time I had issues with them but will definitely be the last because I will never order from them again.

The Dishonest Honest Company

Last week I signed up to receive a sample of products from The Honest Company for shipping charge of $5.95. I immediately received an email welcoming me to the monthly product package program--- which I had not signed up for.

I read materials online pretty carefully and no mention was made of using my credit card information for ongoing charges. I made use of the Chat function to try to cancel the order, but the operator would not provide me with written confirmation of the cancellation. I asked that my account be deleted entirely. Again, no confirmation.

Today I received an email announcing that my first product package would be mailed sometime in the next week. The email showed my account info, including that they still have my credit card on file. After waiting MUCH too long for an "Honest" customer service rep on the phone, I contacted my credit card company. They said The Honest Company had charged and then reversed two charges: $5.95 and $1.00.

(What was the $1.00 for?!) After discussing the matter with my credit card company, I'm being issued a new card in hopes of thwarting their scam. Let's just call it the Dishonest Company.

Preferred solution: Revise your site to make it clear that the "free" sample entails repeated charges to the credit card. Add more customer service reps. Delete my info as requested.

It's right there in black and white...you have 7 days to cancel Or delay any bundles once you order a trial.
