Terrible Customer Service

Gave my son blisters and rash on his ***
I didn’t proof read before hitting the save button hence the typos in my first review. To sum it all up, my son had blisters, rashes on his perineal area and his back where the diaper covers it. I also noticed him always scratching his back and his *** or perineal...
There were two diaper designs; one was cars and some lines and the other one was green dinosaurs. I used to use Pampers brand and i never have this problem witn my baby’s skin but somehow I wanted to try the Honest brand because of the cute designs and what they promised that their products are hypoallergenic. I spent fortune for this product and this is what i get.
Very pi*sed and annoyed. They aren’t that Honest with their product after all.
I wouldn’t even give any star for this.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

I am soooo upset right now!! I have been using Honest Company diapers for 2 years and absolutely love them.
However, I recently changed my bundle shipping date (with 2 weeks notice) because I knew Christmas was coming and I needed the extra cash. However, Honest company decided to ship my diapers anyway. I called customer service and the lady said she was going to put me on hold while she called UPS to stop the shipment. Instead she hung up on me.
I called back and Shaqueeta, the next customer sales lady, said she would stop the shipment and refund my money by the end of the day. 2 Hours later I receive and email that I had now ordered some essentials beauty bundle. *** NO I DIDN'T. I called customer service back and Nancy said my account ordered it.
I did not, I was out Christmas shopping. Then she changed her words and said the previous customer service lady placed the order instead of stopping my fraudulent bundle order. Seriously???? They were for different items, neither of which I ordered.
She swore she would stop shipment on both of them and refund the money. Fast forward to the next day.... My bank account shows $160 debited by the Honest Co. I log back into my Honest Company account and it shows both items have shipped as requested.
UUUUMMMMM NO!!!
And now the company is closed until Tuesday. I don't get to finish my shopping now, thanks Honest Company for ruining Christmas for my kids!!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Dishonest Honest Company
Last week I signed up to receive a sample of products from The Honest Company for shipping charge of $5.95. I immediately received an email welcoming me to the monthly product package program--- which I had not signed up for.
I read materials online pretty carefully and no mention was made of using my credit card information for ongoing charges. I made use of the Chat function to try to cancel the order, but the operator would not provide me with written confirmation of the cancellation. I asked that my account be deleted entirely. Again, no confirmation.
Today I received an email announcing that my first product package would be mailed sometime in the next week. The email showed my account info, including that they still have my credit card on file. After waiting MUCH too long for an "Honest" customer service rep on the phone, I contacted my credit card company. They said The Honest Company had charged and then reversed two charges: $5.95 and $1.00.
(What was the $1.00 for?!) After discussing the matter with my credit card company, I'm being issued a new card in hopes of thwarting their scam. Let's just call it the Dishonest Company.
Preferred solution: Revise your site to make it clear that the "free" sample entails repeated charges to the credit card. Add more customer service reps. Delete my info as requested.
