My package my never received
My package was never received. You guys are NEVER available to speak on the phone and multiple attempts to contact you via your online support have resulted in nothing.

Wanted to try, the honest company diaper subscription. ad popped up hello40 for new subscribers!
Went to checkout page. a reminder at the top says, dont forget to add hello40 code. Code wasn't accepted at bottom of checkout page. Called customer service.
they said nothing was offered. Your own website says its offered. I have the screenshot.
You shouldn't advertise discount it doesn't work. No place to add image here

Honest company just ignores you
They said they couldn't refund me because I bought them from walmart and not them
Nothing has been done over 2 weeks later
The company had me verify the date and time my child was hospitalized and confirmed it and now their ignoring me completely...this happened to another womans 18 month old and ou medical center said that she retained a lawyer because her son has permant scaring from the same pull-ups containing a fiber glass substance made into the seal packages... I have 7 kids and four of them are still in diapers and pull-ups I spend about 400 a month with the honest company so I'm totally token by surprise at how they are ignoring me I bought my diapers from Walmart

- Dont reply to you there pullups have fiberglass in them
Preferred solution: compensation for my son being hospitalized I had to pay for a babysitter for my other kids an rent a hotel,at ou medical which is 2 hours from my house also missed a week of work and I'm out a bunch of money for all these janky pull-ups.

My child is burnt from yalls pullup
He had to go to the emergency room and was there for 8 hours and then admitted to the hospital and then contracted covid 19 while there they said its chemical burn and appears to be fiberglass in the pullup i always have used the honest brand i pay alot of money for these diapers i am extremely upset because we dont get medical or insurance i had to pay for this out of my pocket snd i have the medical bill and reason and the diaper/ pullups please if you could contact me back I missed work a week had to pay for a babysitter and a hotel room for a week food for everyone and the doctor said my child isn't the first one this has happened to with the same pullups ... I would rather have diapers and wipes it would be nice if they could refund me for the money i lost during all this bs I would be happy with diapers and wipes all year or something I'm out 1750 for this ordeal

Bad Packaging
I just got home from work to a package of honest diapers in which the box was opened on the top. It is currently raining and some of the diapers have gotten wet.
I have pictures of how it was left, but there is no area to submit these pictures. Could you please send me a package of diapers that is properly packaged and not damaged?

Issues with size 5 diapers leaking
I have been using honest diapers since October 9,2020 the day my daughter was born away was happy with never no leaking issue. Now my daughter is 12 months and she in size 5 and the diapers are leaking.
When we took her to her 12 month appointment the car ride is about 22 minutes and pick her up out her car seat her pants or wet. Another incident going to the airport about a 30 minute drive now I just change her diaper by time we get to the airport her pants are soak.

I just recently purchased the Honest Company Purely Sensitive Shampoo/ and body wash, Purely Simple Conditioner and the Detangler. I have been looking for something for my baby fine thin hair and I'm an adult.
I have tried so many shampoos on the market for years, for thin hair, to help grow hair -now I just want to shampoo that'll wash it and condition it without drying it out or making it greasy and not spend $50 a bottle which I can't afford and not many people can .I tried California Baby Organic recently - dried out my hair like crazy. Most shampoos dry out fine hair ,the conditioner never goes far enough cuz you have to use more of it. Ihave done my research on ingredients and the EWG rating on The Honest products above. I figured I'd give it a shot - I bought my products at CVS and Walgreens.
So far I'm loving them. A shampoo does not dry out my hair like all the others did and the conditioner Works Great! The products are concentrated so you don't need to use alot, goes far and finally use the same amount of shampoo and conditioner so the bottles will empty out at the same time- that's a big deal. Although I had to travel to two different stores to get all three products, was worth it.
PLEASE KEEP THESE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE &;;;; MOST IMPORTANTLY "DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMULAS"-THEY ARE GREAT AS IS. SO MANY COMPANIES CHANGE THEIR ORIGINAL FORMULAS AND THEY NEVER WORK THE SAME AND CUSTOMERS GET UPSET AND HAVE TO SEARCH FOR A NEW PRODUCT. The prices are Not too expensive for a great product that lasts.
Keep up the good job and you will have this customer for along time. Thank you.

Stay Away
For the first time in my life, Im having an allergic reaction! Im 34 years old and Ive been using many different kinds of moisturizers on my skin and have never ever faced any sort of allergic reactions.
For the past 2 weeks, I decided to try out the Honest Companys facial serum, moisturizer and eye cream and Im terrified. My whole face has been peeling because of the dryness and the corners of my eyelids are itching and my eyelids are so irritated that I cant put any creams on it without a burning sensation except Aquaphor. The corners of my mouth are all cracked and starting below my neck to my shoulder area its itching and all red. Im just so disappointed in this brand and I hope to get rid of this condition ASAP.
I cant believe that a celebrity goes on to market a product such as this, raving about how HONEST they are as to the ingredients being used and the whole PURE way of making it. Im very disappointed and scared at the same time of this reaction, hoping treatment will help

I'm 32 and never had an allergy reaction to anything and no here we go! so disappointed! I'm never buying those products again
