I have loved Honest Company until now. I order the diaper bundle and find it easy and convenient. However with my last order totaling over $95, my order never arrived. I settled for going to the store a few time to grab extra diapers, defeating the purpose of the auto ship. I am having the same issue signed up for a sample and got charged $44 and not even knowing it now I can't get ahold of them very disappointed feel like I was scammed when I can go to Target and buy the product that I want in the meantime $44 bounced a check for my rent and now I can't even get a hold of them

Pre-Warning: this is a rant. I used to absolutely rave about Honest Company products, their quality and their customer service standards. After today's experience I will never shop with them again! I ordered a Beco Baby Carrier a few months ago, excited for it to arrive. I purchased said carrier for $175 USD, which converts to over $250 CAD. FOR ONE BABY CARRIER. I signed up for the "free trial" and in doing so was automatically enrolled in their membership program which sends a bundle every 4 weeks (maximum) and charges $80 to the credit card on file. They don't even allow to skip a month without calling and getting it approved. Of course you can have it delivered more often than 4 weeks and change that online no problem. I have had trouble getting in touch with customer service to cancel my membership... Read more

The Honest Company has been late on 2 diaper shipments with no resolution. They say there is nothing they can do? Really??? How about sending the diapers on time? Do not use this company they have no customer service skills and are not dependable!!!

VERY SHADY COMPANY. They charged my card an amount I never agreed to six months after I cancelled my trial. Then I was assured i would be refunded the full, except I was not!!!

The honest company is shady and is evidently impossible to stop the automatic orders and end your business with them. You must call to stop the automatic orders but there is never an answer, so the orders just keep going. You can delay shipment of the order, but if it slips your mind, well you get another shipment of crappy made in China ***. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. This company really sucks Read more

My sunscreen liquefied so whenever I opened it up it would drip on whatever. In addition, whatever it dripped on became stained from the zinc to include my flip flops, kickboard and pool tile. The company would not give me a return and stated I had to return to Costco. Costco had no problem giving me my money back. In addition it turned my skin very white and was hard to wash off. I ordered the essentials trial bundle about a week ago. (Still havent recieved it, by the way) But today I revisted their site to make sure that they didnt automatically sign you up for their monthly bundle of 39.99. And, of course, they do. So I call the number they give you, to cancel the automatic enrollment and they literally had me on hold for almost 10 mins. They offer two day shipping. When I called to discuss the processing & handling time and expected date of delivery I was ensured that 2 day shipping meant I would get it 2 days from the order date. I ordered and payed the additional fees for expedited shipping. When Fedex created the tracking number, my anticipated date of delivery was actually 5 day days. My package was still in Canada.
